Cellular Hospital Texas’s office is located at 9450 Skillman St, Suite 106, Dallas, TX 75243. However, we operate a mobile service. The technician fixes your device at your desired location.
What are your store hours?
We are open 24/7; however, there may be times when we are unable to get on the phone. Send us a text message, and we will prepare to fix your device as quickly as possible.
Do you provide a free repair estimate?
Yes, Cellular Hospital Texas provides a free estimate as long as the technician can provide an estimate without physically working on the phone. If you provide us with details, we could give you a good estimate by email or text message
Do you offer Free diagnostics?
As long as the diagnostics can be performed without opening the phone, the diagnostics will be Free. The only Diagnostics that will be charged are those that involve opening the phone to see the inside. If you decide to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee will be included in the repair cost, which will be communicated beforehand
What’s the turnaround time?
Depending on the issue, the model, and the phone's condition, turnaround time can vary, but for most iPhone repairs, it takes less than 30 minutes. For example, replacing the screen on most iPhone models takes about 15 minutes.
Do you use Genuine (OLED) or High-Quality LCD?
By default, we provide estimates and repairs for screen replacements using high-quality LCDs; however, if you need a genuine-quality OLED screen, we can provide it upon request, provided you give us sufficient advance notice to obtain the necessary parts.
Can you fix my specific model?

What happens if the repair doesn't resolve the issue?
If we travel to you and the device is not repairable, or it’s the wrong model/description, or you decide you don't want to proceed with the repair for whatever reason, the $50 fee is non-refundable as it covers the cost of dispatching a technician to drive to your location with the necessary tools and parts, and to diagnose the issue in great detail.
What’s Cellular Hospital Texas guarantee?
We cannot 100% guarantee the results, but we can be very close to certain once we diagnose it in person and test the device's vital functions. One thing we can guarantee is that we have your back, and we will do anything to help within reason.
Is an appointment necessary?
Since we are fully mobile and conduct all repairs in our vehicle at your curbside location, Cellular Hospital Texas requires an appointment, either by texting us the information or by booking online.
Are you open on weekends?
Yes. Cellular Hospital Texas works even on the weekends. When everyone else is unavailable for phone repair, and you need it done, we are your phone repair solution at your spot.
Do you provide pick-up and delivery for repairs?
Yes. Cellular Hospital Texas is a mobile service and provides pickup and Delivery for repairs. We come to your convenient location and fix your devices curbside in our vehicle.
Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?
Yes, all repairs come with a 30-day warranty, provided there's no physical damage to the installed parts and the parts are still in mint condition in case we need to send them back.
How long is the warranty on a screen replacement?
The warranty for smartphone screen replacements lasts 30 days, provided the unit is in perfect condition and not physically damaged.
Can I wait here while you fix my phone?
Yes, you can wait on the spot as we fix your device, and you can watch the repair. However, we recommend leaving the technician alone and refraining from speaking to him while he's on the phone to ensure he is focused on the task.
Will I lose my photos or data after the repair?
No. Unless the touchscreen has ghost touch and is randomly touching its own buttons on the screen, and the iPhone has been in “Unavailable” status for a few hours, there is a chance that data would need to be reset to factory settings after the screen repair.
Can you recover data from a broken phone?
We can only fix physical damage that will help you recover data from a broken phone, but we do not specialize in cell phone data recovery.
What do I need to do before the repair at Cellular Hospital Texas?
Just make sure to keep some charge (unless water-damaged) and, preferably, update the iOS software.
Why is my phone swollen and getting pushed out from the inside?
The battery is swollen. It happens to lithium batteries that get exposed to intense heat. Also, irregular charging patterns could cause such an issue. When the battery is swollen, you need to replace it asap! The bubble inside the battery is filled with toxic gases. Should I use a screen protector and case?
Yes, because it keeps the screen safe and prevents further damage later. We offer a FREE screen protector with certain iPhone screen repairs, installed on top of the new screen.
How can I make my battery last longer?
On iPhone, turn off settings such as Wi-Fi Assist, optimized charging, and Low Power Mode. Delete unwanted apps and reduce charging cycles. Moreover, use a high-quality charger cable and a high-quality charger cube.
My screen has a tiny crack. Is it cheaper to fix?
It doesn't matter if it has a tiny crack or a damaged screen; we need to replace the unit with new parts and therefore disregard the original part, so the price will be the same.
Does Cellular Hospital Texas price-match competitor quotes?
We don’t price match because we are a mobile repair service. Our service is unmatched in Dallas, Texas. We do provide discounts, however.

We prefer Cash; we also accept Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay, Venmo, or checks.
Is the diagnostic fee waived if I proceed with the repair?
Yes, if you proceed with the repair and pay the full repair cost, you don't need to worry about the diagnostic fee anymore.
Do I have to pay for the repair upfront, or is it paid upon completion?
The traveling fee is due up front, and the remaining payment is due upon completion of the device. The reason we charge up front is that our technician prepares for the repair, attains the necessary tools and parts, and drives to your location. All of these require money to make that happen.

Yes, we may buy your broken device under certain conditions. Generally, we don't specialize in buying broken devices, but in special circumstances, we might buy one if you would like us to.
Can you unlock my phone so I can switch carriers?
No, we don’t unlock device carriers.
Do you fix software issues like boot loops or frozen screens?
It depends on the device's exact issue if it needs a device reset and a software update. We can provide that service, but generally speaking, we don't work on motherboard issues.
